This user guide covers
everything you need to effectively manage your voice mail
system. The following instructions will address:
(1) How to use
our Voicemail System
(2) How to
retrieve voicemail messages online
(3) How to
access our Voicemail System via the phone.
Our proprietary solution
provides you with a Fortune 500 aura through the use of
voicemail. You can record a personal greeting, upload your own
company greetings (in a .WAV format will cost $9.99 per
message uploaded) or use one of our standard greetings.
To use this guide effectively
you will need to login to your Online Account Manager.
Managing
Our Voicemail System
You
can activate and set the parameters for our Voicemail
System online from your Online Account Manager.
Getting started. Simply
follow these steps:
1. Go
to our customer's login page at www.bestcallback.net/login.htm
2. Sign
in using your Client Number or User ID (starts
with the letters “CR”).
3.
Click on the Access Numbers button which is
located on the menu bar near the left-hand side of the screen.
4. Click
on the toll-free number that your voicemail account is
assigned to.

Inputs :
Activation: Allows
you to set the features for your voicemail via your
toll-free line.
Number of Rings:
Ensures your voicemail will pickup messages after
the
assigned number of rings.
Email to Notify:
Notifies you
at a prescribed address whenever someone
leaves a voice message.
Parameters:
Enabled:
Turns on the voicemail function for your toll-free
number.
Disabled:
Turns off the voicemail function for your toll-free
number.
Forced:
Allows you to route calls to your voicemail without
accessing the toll-free number.
