Are there any set up fees or minimums?

There are no setup fees and no minimum to spend. For 1-800 Follow Me, only a US$2 monthly fee applies (first month free) plus 4.5 cents per minute for calls within continental USA and 6.5 cents within Canada. For 1-800 Office, only a US$9.99 monthly fee applies (first month free) plus 4.5 cents per minute for calls within continental USA and 6.5 cents within Canada. How is billing done?

Billing is done in 6-second increments. A new invoice is posted online and can be accessed through the account management feature within the first 3 days of every month. Your credit card is authorized every week for the weekly limit you established on signup. NACI charges your credit card for the actual usage of the previous week and then reauthorizes your card for the following week of service. Your invoice will reflect the total usage for the whole month plus the 4 weekly payments taken from your credit card.

How can I access my call details?

You can access call details in real time by logging into your account online. Your call details will include the caller number, ring-to number at that time, date, time, duration and charge.

When do I get the Toll Free Number?

You will receive a Toll Free Number almost immediately after submitting the online application. You get toll free number same day and then in less than one business day you will get an email confirming that your account is approved and the number has been activated.

How can I change my ring-to number?

You can change your ring-to number in real time by logging into your account. You can program any telephone number in the world, including cellular numbers. International rates apply according to the location of your ring-to number.

What is the difference between 1-800 Follow Me and 1-800 Office?

Both are toll free services at 4.5 cents low rate. 1-800 Follow Me can only ring to one phone line/number, while 1-800 Office can forward the calls to different phone lines/numbers as multiple extensions. 1-800 Office is a more powerful system to handle your clients inquiries.
