System, you will never miss another call, whether you're on the phone,
with another client or away from the office. This allows you to
pick up missed calls, customize greetings, and access voice messages
from anywhere in the world�either through a toll-free number or
the Internet�and archive messages for later use. Instant
messaging is made easy.
Key Features
� Record
your own greeting over the phone. Outgoing message (voicemail
greetings) can be 180 seconds. Incoming messages (voicemail
messages) are 1 minute as a default, but can be increased by 30
seconds all the way up to 5 minutes on request.
� Retrieve messages over any phone by calling a toll-free
number.
� Archive message online.
� Download and listen to your message from anywhere at
anytime. Messages are saved for 30 days; for longer the
message, save the .wav file on your computer. or send a special
request to customer service for more storage on our system.
� Set whether you want voicemail to prompt for messages
without ringing your phone or to prompt after a specified number of
rings.
� Know via email whenever
a client leaves a voicemail.
